These rules shall be called rules of Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar . For these rules, unless there is something repugnant to the context of meaning thereof shall mean and include all the rules of the Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar .That may be framed from time to time or altered by special resolution of Executive Committee

We believe in ‘Inspiring young people to achieve’.
We exist to support young people’s development, offering opportunities to gain, increase and develop skills, knowledge, self-awareness and confidence, and enabling them to make positive and healthy life choices through our wide range of programmes aimed at different age groups.

We have done few modications in our working style. Therefore, we look forward to welcoming you to our brand new Youth Zone!


Eligibility/Who can become a member 

1. Any Indian citizen whether  male or female in the age group 3years to 30years and agree to abide by and strive for attainment of the aims and objectives of Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar  could be admitted to the membership of Youth Club
2. Any youth who is 18 year and above can become as a member. However, youths who are below 18 years old are treated as minors. They are adviced to take membership under the guardianship of their parents or school teachers or their relatives. Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar is not responsible if this advice is not taken due care by any minor or minors as a whole.
3. When an application has been granted for membership still the membership is subject to withdrawal or cancelled if the user fails to keep to the conditions of the agreement. Refunds after submitting application for membership or participation are not available. Similarly, no refunds will be given even if the membership or participation is cancelled by Youth club, S.A.S.Nagar.Please read various Terminations  Conditions given below carefully and other details before proceeding with booking payments.
4. The decision of the President/Secretary or organizer is final for acceptance or rejection of any application for membership and they are not bound to give any reason.
5. If you are still not sure of your membership eligibility, please contact us.

Cessation and Removal of Membership 
Any person shall cannot be member of Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar

1. On his death
2. On his self withdrawl in writing and acceptance of the same by the Executive committee of the Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar
3. On his being mentally disabled or incapacitated into contractual obligation.
4. On his failure to pay the subscription with in the due period.
5. Any person whose activities are considered detrimental or against to the interests of the Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar  

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Funds 

Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar shall raise its funds:

1.  By Membership Fees
2.  By Participation Fees
3.  By Grant, Donations and Contributions from Members or Public
4.  By Raising Loans for such period and any such rate of interest as may be desired by the Executive Committee of the Youth Club

Your Club - Your Rules!
We have strongly conviction that this club is not only for us, not even only for you but it’s for all of us. Therefore, These are YOUR rules, put together by young people based on their past experience in this club. They apply to all. Disobeying them can mean a ban from Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar and its related services.So, please follow them.
Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct for Children and Young People:
As children and young people who are part of responsible citizens and associated with Youth Club, S.AS. NAGAR  we agree that:

1. We will respect EVERYONE: members, Club staff & visitors.We will cooperate with each other and play by the rules  of the game. Most important is: Join in, have fun, and let others have fun too!!
2. We will listen and receive instructions from organizers or from those who are assigned the duty on their behalf.
3. We will control our temper and will give space to everyone
4. We will speak up if we are worried or concerned about something
5. We will not be a bully or accept any bullying that we see
6. We will treat everyone fairly without any discrimination.
7. If we leave the Club before the end of your validity of membership, this is our moral responsibility to inform Club. However, there is no refund of membership or participation fees what you have already deposited (as per stated in terms and conditions)
8. No alcohol, drugs or smoking allowed in venue area...and no entry if you've been drinking or using drugs
9. No litter: use the bins; keep the Youth Club and surroundings clean.
10. No running or dangerous games
11. Keep safe: Health and Safety rules apply at all times
12. No damage to property of Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar or its surroundings.
13. No food & drink in the venue area without permission of organizers
14. The membership is maximum for a quarter or a year only and thus it is therefore be subject to quarterly or annual review.

Code of conduct for parents or Guardians:
As a parent/guardian of a child involved in the service provided by Youth Club,S.AS. NAGAR , I agree that:

1. I will respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person, regardless of their abilities, gender, religion or cultural background.
2. I will respect the decisions of organizers and teach children to do likewise
3. I will focus on and encourage children’s efforts and performance
4. I will support all efforts to remove any form of abuse in various functions and encourage a safe and supportive service environment
5. I will remember that my child participates in activities for their own enjoyment, not mine
6. I will raise any issues or concerns with organizer or President
7. I will not treat any child or young person in an unfair, unjust, or discriminatory manner
8. I will not smoke on the organization’s premises
9. I will not drink alcohol or use illicit substances while on the organization’s premises

I have read and understand the Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar   Code of Conduct and acknowledge that misconduct may lead to suspension or cancellation of membership in, and access to, Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar.
Privacy
I have read and understand the Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar   Privacy Policy.
This website is handled from Gapbit Software, S.A.S.NAGAR,Panjab. (INDIA) and by us as per contractual agreement where all personal details of members are kept secure and the motive is to use the information for welfare of their members.

Photography/Videography
I understand that Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar  may use my, or my child or ward’s photographic image and /or voice and/or word (all known as ‘digital resource’) for publicity and promotional purposes in all forms of media including without limitation on TV, radio, press, magazine, outdoor, direct mail, PR, posters, corporate video, cinema, Internet (worldwide) subscription, social media and literature, and assign any and all rights, title and interest in the digital resource to which I or my child or ward may be entitled in law, to Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar , and agree to make no claim for compensation for the use of the resources including digital resources.
If you do not give consent for the above please ensure you inform the Club in written before you make payment for membership and participation from time to time.
Authorisation
In case of any injury or accident, Youth club, S.A.S.Nagar is not responsible. In this case(if any)I authorize Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar  to obtain all necessary first aid treatment which may be required by member which is me(in case of adults) or my child(in case of minors). However, I acknowledge that all other costs of any such treatment, including ambulance fees or hospitalization (if any) or related fees will be my responsibility.
I acknowledge that initial and continuing membership and volunteering are subject to any decision by Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar, at its absolute discretion.
I am fully aware of the range of activities run by Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar and and consent to my child or ward’s participation in any activities run by Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar.
Participation
I understand that participation in Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar activities involves the risk of injury and thus, I participate in Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar activities at my own risk.
Youth Club, S.A.S.Nagar , its governing body or organizers are not liable for any personal injury, including medical expenses, which I or my child or ward may suffer at the Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar and/or as a result of Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar activity.
I acknowledge that I (for majors) or my ward (for minors) is medically fit at time of participating the selected event and there is no responsibility of  Youth Club,S.A.S.Nagar of this type as a whole.
Become a Member

1. Membership of Youth Club, S.A.S. NAGAR provides you with access to our sub-clubs(basedon different themes) for you to unlock your own potential!
2. You can also choose from a broad range of activities as given along with  programs for personality development.
3. Additional fees and charges may apply depending on what you choose from time to time.
4. There is definitely something basedon specific themes(as given in website) for every youth in our Youth Club, S.A.S. NAGAR
5. Please complete the online Club Membership based on following membership fees:-

            Annual membership fees are:
            Annual Membership               Rs 1000
            Quaterly Membership             Rs  300
     6.Your Club Membership fee can be paid online as and whenever it is required to continue your membership.
     7. Late fees 
            For Yearly membership.             Rs 300
            For Quarterly membership        Rs 100
     8. Once opted for quarterly mode, You can shift your mode after 1 year
     9.Please read our Membership Policy and Terms and Conditions before you submit the form.   The Code of Conduct must be adhered to at all times.
